Don't apply Watercress to cats! The sulphurous, essential oil can cause poisoning.
Watercress not for turtles - it is toxic!
Watercress not guinea pigs; the cress is too sharp.
Effect:
The hardy watercress is invigorating and blood cleansing. It is a source of vitamins, strengthens the digestion and stimulates the kidneys.
Not for use in gastrointestinal ulcers. The contained iodine stimulates the thyroid.
Watercress is easy germ resistant.
Application:
Watercress should be used as a cure and not permanently,
because the contained mustard oil can irritate the stomach
lining.
